This charming home is newly remodeled from floor-to-ceiling with beautiful and tasteful finishes and is ideally located just a few minutes from the beach and a 5-minute walk to State Street in downtown Santa Barbara, CA.

The entire home was recently remodeled to be aesthetically stunning and functional, so you will feel right at home. We wanted to provide everything that a small family or couple would need. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, a gourmet coffee maker, and top of the line appliances including a 36” inch gas range that will have you looking forward to cooking meals. There will also be plenty of towels and linens to make your stay comfortable, plus a brand-new Samsung washer and dryer.
Please note the primary bedroom with the king bed and private bath are up a steep flight of stairs. The main floor primary with the queen bed can be used as the main if a guest wants to eliminate stairs.
